These Terms of Use govern your use of the Vision Mindset mobile application ("App") provided by Vision Mindset ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

Vision Mindset is a personal development application designed to help users improve mindset, clarity, and daily actions through guided lessons, reflections, and progress tracking.

The App is intended for informational and self-development purposes only and does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

All content in the App is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Subscriptions

Vision Mindset offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium content.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.

No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.

4. User Data

All user inputs (such as answers, affirmations, and action steps) are stored locally on your device.

We do not collect or store personal data on external servers.

5. Notifications

The App may request permission to send notifications for daily reminders. This feature is optional and can be turned off at any time in your device settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of the App.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
